I struggled through my first 2 years of college (failed almost every class) and decided to open my own business instead. I finally got my act together and finished the rest of undergrad with a 3.95 GPA, taking 22 units each semester, while continuing to run my business.

I know that LSAT scores supposedly trump GPA, but I've also heard that a GPA as low as a 3.2 won't make the cut no matter what my LSAT scores are/history is.

What are my chances of getting accepted into the T14?

Yeah right. You're fine. Just make sure you point out that your last two years of college are a 3.95. Your history could even be considering good, you had your own busy and you went back after struggles and knocked the rest of your college and the LSAT out of the park. Alternatively, if you do get rejected from all of the T14, you can always take more classes to raise your GPA.

With a 178, you have a virtually 100% chance of getting into Northwestern. You also have great shots at pretty much all the 7-14 schools except Berkley.

I think you have a good shot at any law school, but do include a letter explaining the undergrad/business situation.
